Artist and owner, Robert Stringer, creates beautiful original jewelry using brass, copper, bronze, silver, leather, gemstones and abundant imagination. Many of the materials he uses are recycled. As a longtime lapidary he enjoys finding the stones he uses in his jewelry around lakes, rivers, shorelines and deserts.
Robert has been attending Renaissance Faires and Festivals throughout the west and the southeast since 1990. Many of the pieces Robert makes are based on actual themes found throughout history, such as family crests and heraldry, making his presence as a vendor at Renaissance Faires very natural for him. He can frequently be found in libraries and old book stores researching ideas for his designs.
